How to get help with Farut: contact, common fixes for the extension and requests about your account data.

Write to support@farut.app. Describe the challenge, what you expected and what happened. Never send your EA password, cookies or screenshots showing account details.
Common fixes
Refresh the Web App tab after installing or updating the extension. If sign-in fails, allow pop-ups for the extension and sign in again from the Farut icon.
Your data
To export or delete your Farut account data, write to support@farut.app from the address you sign in with.
If something looks wrong
Farut does not appear in the Web App
Refresh the Web App tab after installing or updating the extension. Farut only runs on EA's Web App address.
The sign-in window closes without signing in
Allow pop-ups for the extension and try again from the Farut icon. If it still fails, contact support.
