Questions
When does the free trial start?
The first time you use the extension in the FUT Web App on a UT account, signed in to Farut. It lasts 72 hours, once per Farut account, without a card. UT accounts you use during it share it, and a UT account that has already had a trial never gets another, even with another Farut account.
What does the free plan keep?
Every switch the features page does not mark as part of the subscription: market and selling tools, market filters, pop-ups, pack and pick helpers, hub summaries and the safety counters. You still need a Farut account.
How many UT accounts does a subscription cover?
Up to 2. A UT account is the Ultimate Team club you open in the Web App. To add another, remove one on app.farut.app, once every 30 days; the one you remove cannot come back to your Farut account for 30 days.
How do I pay, and what shows on my statement?
By card or another method offered on Stripe's payment page, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. The subscription is sold through Link (Stripe), merchant of record for Farut, and Farut never sees your card number. Your bank statement shows a label starting with LINK.COM*.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Link (Stripe) collects and remits it as the merchant of record. The payment page may show the amount in your local currency.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Not during a paid period. Cancel the monthly subscription, then subscribe yearly when the paid period ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online and at any time from app.farut.app/billing or your Link account on link.com. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and get a full refund. A yearly subscription that has already renewed can also be stopped with one month's notice; Farut then refunds the unused part of the paid year. In other cases, see the Terms of Use and Link's refund policy: the law or that policy may allow a refund.
