Farut is not showing in the Web App

Start with the page and extension state. These checks address a missing Farut interface; they do not diagnose every EA login or network error.

Check the page and browser

Farut runs in the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App on a computer with a Chromium browser such as Chrome, Edge or Brave. It does not add a tab to the console game or Companion mobile app. Check that you opened EA's Web App, then finish loading the page.

Check the extension, then refresh

Open your browser's extensions page and check that Farut is installed and enabled. If you have just installed or updated it, reload the extension there if needed, then press F5 in the already open Web App tab. An old tab can still be connected to the previous extension context.

If Farut appears after the refresh, open its tab in the Web App to enable the tools you want. Signing in to a Farut account is separate from signing in to EA.

  1. Confirm you are on the EA Ultimate Team Web App address.
  2. Confirm Farut is enabled in the browser.
  3. Reload the extension after an update, then press F5 in the Web App tab.

If it is still missing

Check the installation instructions and contact Farut support with your browser, extension version and the page where the interface is missing. Do not send EA session tokens, cookies or account data.
